Venison Medallions

Cut venison tenderloins into 3/4-1" thick medallions

 

Make marinade with:

     1/2 cup olive oil

     1/2 cup soy sauce

     1 tbsp Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce

     1 tbsp Garlic powder

     2 tbsp Lemon pepper

 

Soak meat in mixture for 1/2 hour. Grill on BBQ for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Turn frequently. Do not overcook...and do not cook in oven! Something about that open flame that works. I've tried the oven...it fails. It dries it out. I kid you not, this will totally change your opinion of venison!
