Dutch Oven Hawaiian Cake

12" Dutch  Oven;  8 coals bottom, 16 coals top
1 yellow cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
1/3 cup vegtable oil
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup sour cream
8 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
1 1/2  cups brown sugar, packed

In a bowl, combine cake mix with eggs, oil, sour cream and pineapple.  Mix for at least 3 minutes.
Pour batter into a oiled Dutch oven.  Combine coconut with brown sugar and sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes or until cake is firm in the center.
