Glazed Salmon

From the kitchen of Brad Baughman


Salmon Filet 1-2 lbs
Lemon Juice 3-4 tbls
Garlic Salt 2-3 tbls
Margerine  1/3 cup melted
Brown Sugar  2-3 cups


Place salmon filet on a cookie sheet,
Pour lemon juice of filet and cover very liberally with garlic salt
Bake at 375 degrees until salmon starts to flake when pulled with a fork
Remove from oven
Set oven to broil
Brush margine onto filet and PACK BROWN SUGAR onto the filet until it forms a thick (but not dry) paste crust
Return to oven on a broiler rack and cook until the brown sugar bubbles freely

Remove from oven and FEAST
