Knapping Artwork by Richard Tobin

Richard Tobin is another new member from the Tri-Cities branch of the PSK.  He introduced his art at the 2013 Tri-Cities Knap-in.  He does it all - the knapped blades/points, the handles and even the display shadow boxes!
