2014 Swedish Knap-in

 This is a preliminary invitation to a Knap- in 2014 at VikingaTider in Löddeköpinge,
Scania (the south of Sweden), from the 11th to the 13th of July. Friday 11th
will be an arrival day, with supper in our reconstructed Viking age longhouse,
informal chat, settling in, and so on. 

The official program and definite fees will be sent to you later during winter
as soon as it is ready. One theme for this Knap-in is heat treatment of stone
for knapping.  Mr. Jim Miller has generously offered do demonstrate heat
treatment of stone. If any of you have any ideas, requests or wishes for this
Knap-in, please let me know. 

As we still are on the planning stage of 2014 Knap-in I would like to ask you
if you are interested in a guided bus tour with focus on our prehistory and a
visit to the museum in Lund. As the program will be tight during the week end,
the bus tour will take place on the following Monday, the 14th. Please let me
know if there is an interest for this.

I´ll keep you updated and will soon send you a registration form and fees.

We have no participation limits so please spread the message.
