Dutch Oven Peachy Lemon Cake

12" Dutch Oven; 8 coals bottom, 16 coals top
1 lemon cake mix
Spray Dutch oven with Pam or other vegetable spray. In a bowl, place cake mix, flour and sugar. Add the Peach Nector ( or fruit juice) and oil. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each one. Add drained peaches and apricots to the cake mix. Pour into Dutch oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 mintues or until cake springs back. Remove Dutch oven from heat.
