Ingredients

1 qt (or a Fifth) Everclear (or any 'good' 190 proof grain alcohol)
1 gallon Apple Juice or 1 gallon Apple Cider
7 sticks Cinnamon Stick
4 Cups (800 g) Sugar

Mixing Instructions

Mix apple juice, apple cider, sugar, and cinnamon sticks together.
Boil until cinnamon sticks lose flavor.
Add Everclear.
